Adobe Shutdown 22 December, 2016 – 2 January, 2017
December 2016 Holiday On‐Call Plan
To All Livefyre Customers,
During the coming winter holiday period Adobe will be shut down between December 22nd, 2016 and January 2nd, 2017. Livefyre understands that our responsibilities to our customers continue during this period and that this is indeed the busiest time of year for some of our customers. Therefore, while Livefyre needs to allow our staff to spend time with their loved ones, our Support team will be available all twelve days of the shutdown period as usual. This means that though your regular CSM or TIM will not be available, our Support staff (along with Engineering personnel) will be there for you to handle any operational issues that may arise.
During this period, we will be focusing on operational stability rather than new deployments, upgrades and go‐lives. Please schedule and coordinate any critical projects or deployments with your CSM/TIM with this period in mind.
Expect longer than usual response times to any non-urgent support requests during this time.
For critical or urgent support requests, include the appropriate “P” tag (as outlined here: http://legal.livefyre.com/sla/) in the subject line of an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will act within our SLA to resolve the issue.
The Livefyre Team
